2. Service Description

demodaycheck provides a Demo Day readiness scoring tool for SaaS founders. The Service accepts user-provided metrics and returns a readiness assessment based on publicly available benchmarks. The score is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

3. Data Storage

Each time you submit your metrics, the input values and computed score are saved to our database and assigned a unique shareable link. No personally identifying information is collected or associated with your submission.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Scores and assessments are generated algorithmically based on simplified models. They should not be the sole basis for any business, investment, or fundraising decisions. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the scores provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, demodaycheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with the Service are the intellectual property of demodaycheck. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
